Va comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;any 2004 amb la finalitat d&#8217;incrementar la participaci\u00f3 dels infants i adolescents en activitats f\u00edsiques, tant dins com fora de l&#8217;horari escolar.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectius principals del Pla Catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;Esport:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Fomentar la pr\u00e0ctica esportiva regular<\/strong> entre els joves, assegurant que tothom tingui acc\u00e9s a activitats f\u00edsiques, independentment del seu nivell o condicions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Millorar la salut i el benestar<\/strong> dels estudiants mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desenvolupar valors positius<\/strong>, com el treball en equip, la disciplina, la responsabilitat i el respecte cap als altres.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potenciar l&#8217;esport com una eina educativa<\/strong> i de cohesi\u00f3 social.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Com funciona?<\/h3>\n<p>El programa s&#8217;implementa en escoles i instituts, oferint una \u00e0mplia varietat d&#8217;activitats esportives adaptades a diferents edats i interessos. Es col\u00b7labora amb clubs esportius locals i altres entitats per facilitar els recursos necessaris, com ara material esportiu i formaci\u00f3 per als monitors.<\/p>\n<h3>Beneficis per als estudiants:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Millora de la salut f\u00edsica<\/strong> gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;exercici regular.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Desenvolupament d&#8217;habilitats socials<\/strong> a trav\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3 en esports d&#8217;equip.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Creaci\u00f3 d&#8217;h\u00e0bits saludables<\/strong> que es poden mantenir al llarg de la vida.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Increment de l&#8217;autoestima i la confian\u00e7a personal<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;assoliment d&#8217;objectius esportius.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En resum, el Pla Catal\u00e0 de l&#8217;Esport \u00e9s una iniciativa clau per promoure una vida activa i saludable entre els joves a Catalunya, aprofitant l&#8217;esport com a vehicle d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 i
