Els dia 12 d’abril i 3 de maig vam fer un taller de ioga..\u00a0 Vam poder gaudir d’una sessi\u00f3 de ioga d’\u00c0NIMA amb el Pol de “La Mar Xam\u00e0nica”. Va ser una sessi\u00f3 on cada moviment, cada sensaci\u00f3, cada emoci\u00f3 es va generar de manera intu\u00eftiva, flu\u00efda i din\u00e0mica i es va anar generant un estat de calma, pau, serenitat i alegria en qu\u00e8\u00a0 tots i totes van estar connectats i connectades deixant enrere les emocions negatives, l’estr\u00e9s o l’angoixa.<\/p>\n
