No s\u2019acceptar\u00e0 l\u2019entrada de cap alumne quan presenti :<br \/>\na) Febre (temperatura superior a 37\u00ba).<br \/>\nb) Diarrees l\u00edquides.<br \/>\nc) Erupcions i altres alteracions de la pell (tret si duen informe de pediatria amb el diagn\u00f2stic i<br \/>\nindicant que no s\u00f3n contagioses).<br \/>\nd) Conjuntivitis sense tractament.<br \/>\ne) Polls (fins a la desaparici\u00f3 total de l\u2019insecte i de les ll\u00e9menes).<br \/>\n2. En cas de malalties v\u00edriques, respectar el per\u00edode de baixa fixat per pediatria.<br \/>\n3. L\u2019Escola no subministrar\u00e0, per norma, antibi\u00f2tics ni antit\u00e8rmics. Nom\u00e9s es subministraran<br \/>\nantit\u00e8rmics en casos urgents i antibi\u00f2tics a finals de tractament.<br \/>\n4. Per qualsevol altre medicament que s\u2019hagi de subministrar indispensablement en horari<br \/>\nescolar, ser\u00e0 necess\u00e0ria la prescripci\u00f3 facultativa amb les instruccions pertinents de<br \/>\nl\u2019administraci\u00f3 d\u2019aquest per escrit. Perqu\u00e8 sigui efectiu aquest subministrament s\u2019haur\u00e0<br \/>\nd\u2019haver consultat primer amb la direcci\u00f3 de l\u2019Escola i haver omplert la seg\u00fcent <a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipgarcialorca-montbui\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu1411\/2024\/01\/PLANTILLA-MEDICAMENTT.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>autoritzaci\u00f3<\/strong> <strong>medicaments<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n5. En cas d\u2019accident o de no trobar-se b\u00e9 un alumne, s\u2019avisar\u00e0 als pares o parents m\u00e9s<br \/>\npropers. En cas de no poder establir comunicaci\u00f3, el tutor l\u2019atendr\u00e0 en primera inst\u00e0ncia.
