Les emocions sempre ens acompanyen i condicionen com ens sentim, com pensem, com actuem i ens comuniquem amb els altres, tot i que a vegades \u00e9s molt dif\u00edcil identificar-les i, sobretot, entendre-les.
\nPosar nom a les emocions i con\u00e8ixer com funcionen i s’expressen a nivell cerebral pot ser un primer pas per a poder entendre les necessitats emocionals dels nostres fills i filles, i ajudar-los a con\u00e8ixer-se i auto-regular-se.
\nDurant el taller es parlar\u00e0 de com els dos hemisferis cerebrals treballen en la gesti\u00f3 i expressi\u00f3 emocional i es compartiran estrat\u00e8gies comunicatives basades en exemples concrets per a potenciar el bon acompanyament emocional dels infants.<\/p>\n
