{"id":3745,"date":"2020-01-31T14:39:02","date_gmt":"2020-01-31T13:39:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipgalileogalilei\/?p=3745"},"modified":"2020-01-31T14:44:11","modified_gmt":"2020-01-31T13:44:11","slug":"camins-escolars-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipgalileogalilei\/general\/camins-escolars-2\/","title":{"rendered":"FORMEM PART DELS CAMINS ESCOLARS DEL PRAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La creaci\u00f3 de camins escolars \u00e9s una proposta ciutadana realitzada a trav\u00e9s dels Pressupostos Participatius al Prat, 2017 &#8211; 2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Per tal de dissenyar la seva posada en marxa, durant la tardor de 2018, l&#8217;Ajuntament posa en marxa un proc\u00e9s participatiu pilot. Es treballar\u00e0 amb la comunitat educativa de les escoles Pepa Colomer, Ramon Llull, Galileo Galilei i Escola Bressol La Blaveta, amb la idea de fer-ho extensible a la resta d&#8217;escoles de la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius<\/strong><br \/>\nCrear camins segurs per a l\u2019alumnat de prim\u00e0ria i secund\u00e0ria al voltant dels centres educatius, per afavorir l\u2019autonomia d\u2019infants i joves en fer aquests trajectes sense l&#8217;acompanyament de persones adultes.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;entorn proposat de v\u00e0ries escoles \u00e9s una oportunitat per consolidar les xarxes de les activitats quotidianes al barri, promoure la corresponsabilitat de les tasques de cursa i una mobilitat saludable, sostenible i respectuosa amb el medi ambient.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa tamb\u00e9 vol promoure la pacificaci\u00f3 del tr\u00e0nsit, i la conscienciaci\u00f3 mediambiental, fomentant la disminuci\u00f3 el nombre de trasllats en cotxe a l\u2019escola i la sensibilitzaci\u00f3 de conductors\/es i vianants en un carrer m\u00e9s just, respectu\u00f3s amb els drets de totes les persones i exempt de perills.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aquest proc\u00e9s participatiu es detectar quines s\u00f3n les necessitats espec\u00edfiques d&#8217;infants, joves i fam\u00edlies i establir com han de ser ateses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com hauria de ser un cam\u00ed escolar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els camins escolars haurien de reunir les caracter\u00edstiques seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Han de ser itineraris definits que compleixin les millors condicions de mobilitat perqu\u00e8 els nens, nenes i joves puguin despla\u00e7ar-se sense c\u00f3rrer cap perill.<\/li>\n<li>Han de ser itineraris invariables perqu\u00e8 els nens, nenes i joves s\u2019hi habitu\u00efn i els puguin compartir amb altres companys i companyes de l\u2019escola, tant grans com petits.<\/li>\n<li>Han de ser itineraris ajustats en el temps, que no suposi per als nens, nenes i joves haver d\u2019allargar significativament la dist\u00e0ncia que han de rec\u00f3rrer.<\/li>\n<li>Han de tenir un tra\u00e7at senzill, sense haver de salvar obstacles com passos subterranis o passarel\u00b7les elevades.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Qui pot participar al proc\u00e9s participatiu pilot?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nL&#8217;alumnat de 5\u00e8 i 6\u00e8 de les escoles Pepa Colomer, Ramon Llull i Galileo Galilei.<br \/>\nLes fam\u00edlies i els equips educatius de les escoles.<br \/>\nLa comunitat (ve\u00efnatge, botiguers i botigueres, comunitat educativa de l&#8217;Escola Bressol La Blaveta, equipaments i serveis&#8230;) de l&#8217;entorn de les escoles.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Fases del proc\u00e9s participatiu<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nFase 1. Diagnosi: T\u00e9 per objectiu descriure les necessitats en els tr\u00e0nsits escolars.<br \/>\nFase 2. Propostes: Recollir les propostes per a la implantaci\u00f3 dels camins escolars.<br \/>\nFase 3. Reconeixement: Itinerari per situar in situ les necessitats i les propostes recollides.<br \/>\nFase 4. Exposici\u00f3: Transmetre a la comunitat educativa els criteris i propostes treballades.<br \/>\nLes sessions de treball es realitzaran entre els mesos d&#8217;octubre i novembre de 2018. Es podr\u00e0 participar a les diferents fases a trav\u00e9s de sessions de treball obertes, per als diferents col\u00b7lectius. Vegeu totes les convocat\u00f2ries a l&#8217;apartat d&#8217;agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El desenvolupament del projecte es realitza i es segueix a trav\u00e9s de<strong> diverses comissions de treball:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comissi\u00f3 interdepartamental de l\u2019Ajuntament: formada per representants dels departaments de Ciutadania, Educaci\u00f3, , Medi ambient, Mobilitat, Seguretat ciutadana i Premsa.<br \/>\nComissi\u00f3 mixta de seguiment: equip directiu, infants i AMPA de cadascun dels centres educatius i Ajuntament (dept.
