No el veiem desde que feiem tercer!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens ha parlat sobre esports, com practicar-los amb seguretat, amb responsabilitat i respectant totes les normes. Fer esport \u00e9s molt necessari per estar sans!! Per\u00f2 sobretot s\u2019ha centrat en la bicicleta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ens ha explicat com montar en bicicleta amb seguretat. Ens ha donat consells pr\u00e0ctics: revisar les llums i els frens, portar casc i proteccions, fixar-nos en el tr\u00e0nsit i respectar les normes de circulaci\u00f3, i adaptar-nos al nostre nivell d\u2019habilitat. Tamb\u00e9 ens ha ensenyat com senyalitzar les nostres intencions amb les mans i com posar atenci\u00f3 als riscos habituals a les voreres i als passos de vianants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb el Toni ho hem passat molt b\u00e9. Ell \u00e9s sempre s\u00faper simp\u00e0tic i hi posa moltes ganes cada vegada que ve.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gr\u00e0cies Toni per la teva bona energia.
