Partint dels principis d\u2019equitat, qualitat i d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia. La nostra metodologia fa que apliquem mesures universals de treball a l\u2019aula, amb projecte educatiu per a tot l\u2019alumnat sense excepci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 qualsevol alumne pugui seguir els aprenentatges al seu ritme. La inclusi\u00f3 escolar i la cohesi\u00f3 social s\u00f3n dos dels principis generals que inspiren el sistema educatiu de Catalunya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUPORTS UNIVERSALS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em><strong>INTERNIVELLS.<\/strong><\/em> Trimestralment, es formen grups de P3 a 6\u00e8 per tal de fomentar la relaci\u00f3 i coneixen\u00e7a entre tots els alumnes, fent activitats del tot l\u00fadiques i pl\u00e0stiques. Es fan propostes per decorar l\u2019escola, celebracions de festes tradicionals, espais de joc. Aprenem junts i fem escola.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>TERCETS I DESDOBLAMENTS.<\/strong><\/em> Es divideixen les classes en 2 o 3 subgrups heterogenis per tal de poder incidir m\u00e9s en l\u2019ensenyament- aprenentatge i poder atendre m\u00e9s individualment a l\u2019alumne. Es fan en diferents \u00e0rees com catal\u00e0, angl\u00e8s i matem\u00e0tiques.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>APADRINAMENT LECTOR.<\/strong><\/em> Es porta a terme entre els alumnes de 1r-6\u00e8 i 2n-5\u00e8. Es tracta d\u2019un acompanyament lector dels alumnes de CS, que s\u00f3n els padrins de lectura, cap als de CI, que s\u00f3n els seus fillols. Llegeixen, parlen, s\u2019expliquen contes&#8230; En definitiva, s\u2019acompanyen en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprendre a llegir.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>TALLERS P5-1r.<\/strong><\/em> Es barregen els alumnes dels dos cursos i es fan diferents tallers d\u2019experimentaci\u00f3, matem\u00e0tics, rob\u00f2tica, joc simb\u00f2lic&#8230; Ajuden a fer el proc\u00e9s d\u2019adaptaci\u00f3 i coneixen\u00e7a dels alumnes d\u2019ambd\u00f3s cursos, dels mestres i d\u2019espais nous de l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>TREBALLS PER PROJECTES I CENTRES D\u2019INTER\u00c8S.<\/strong><\/em> Des de P3 fins a 6\u00e8, es realitzen treballs per projectes mitjan\u00e7ant grups col\u00b7laboratius o grups d\u2019experts. Uns aprenen dels altres a trav\u00e9s de les pr\u00f2pies explicacions, informacions i viv\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>RACONS.<\/strong><\/em> S\u00f3n racons de joc i de treball dins de la mateixa aula que fomenten l\u2019autonomia i la cooperaci\u00f3 entre ells. Donen l\u2019opci\u00f3 d\u2019aprendre a partir de la manipulaci\u00f3 i de la pr\u00f2pia experi\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUPORTS ADDICIONALS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9 apliquem mesures de suport addicionals quan els alumnes ho necessiten.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em><strong>SEP<\/strong> <strong>Suport Escolar Personalitzat.<\/strong><\/em> Es realitza dins de l\u2019horari escolar des de P4 a 6\u00e8. Fora de l\u2019horari escolar s\u2019ofereix per als alumnes de 1r, 2n i 6\u00e8 durant tres dies a la setmana.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>EDUCACI\u00d3 ESPECIAL<\/strong><\/em>. Suports a l\u2019aula per alumnes NESE de la mestra d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Especial, la mestra d\u2019Audici\u00f3 i Llenguatge i la psicopedagoga de l\u2019Equip d\u2019Assessorament Pedag\u00f2gic del departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 (EAP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>SUPORTS INTENSIUS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>SIAL.<\/strong><\/em> Som centre de refer\u00e8ncia de l\u2019alumnat amb sordesa del Baix Maresme.<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: 1em;\"> Els alumnes amb dificultats auditives reben el suport d\u2019una mestra especialista i dels professionals del CREDA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>PI Pla Individualitzat<\/strong><\/em>.
