The students in 5th and 6th year are working on the story ‘The Polar Express’ by Chris Van Allsburg. We have played games to learn the main vocabulary of the story, we have practised with Running Dictations and we dictated some extracts of the story to our partners. We’ve also written summaries of the story and done many other funny activities related to it. We even received a train ticket to the North Pole! We’ve realised that sometimes all we need is to BELIEVE.

Els alumnes de 5è i 6è estem treballant el conte ‘The Polar Express’ de Chris Van Allsburg. Hem jugat a jocs per a aprendre el vocabulari bàsic de la història, hem practicat amb Running Dictations i hem dictat extractes del conte als nostres companys de grup. També hem escrit resums de la història i hem fet moltes més activitats relacionades amb la història. Fins i tot vam rebre un tiquet de tren per anar al Pol Nord. Amb aquest conte ens hem adonat que de vegades ens cal CREURE EN ALGUNA COSA.
