Per acomiadar-nos del treball realitzat a Lotus, la Ros\u00f3, en aquesta darrera sessi\u00f3, ens ha convidat a tots els For\u00e7uts a participar i a gaudir del ioga tot integrant els conceptes treballats en les sessions anteriors.<\/p>\n

Hem apr\u00e8s moltes t\u00e8cniques i exercicis! Ara ens toca practicar, tant a l’escola com a casa!<\/p>\n

A classe tenim un delegat LOTUS i \u00e9s qui proposa l’exercici a realitzar quan ho necessitem.<\/p>\n
