{"id":12645,"date":"2020-05-25T09:45:33","date_gmt":"2020-05-25T07:45:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipflama\/?p=12645"},"modified":"2020-05-24T18:56:51","modified_gmt":"2020-05-24T16:56:51","slug":"educacio-fisica-no-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipflama\/promocio-2011-6e\/educacio-fisica-no-7\/","title":{"rendered":"EDUCACI\u00d3 F\u00cdSICA N\u00ba 7"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bon dilluns a tothom:<\/p>\n<p>Espero que estigueu b\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>Abans de comen\u00e7ar amb les activitats i com que l&#8217;\u00faltima vegada va tenir molt d&#8217;\u00e8xit el v\u00eddeo de la gimnasta que feia exercicis de terra, vull continuar parlant-ne una mica m\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<p>-Us proposo que mireu aquest video d&#8217;un gimnasta (perqu\u00e8 els nois tamb\u00e9 fan aquesta modalitat) fent un exercici de gimn\u00e0stica esportiva modalitat de terra.<\/p>\n<p>Si el compareu amb el que veu veure de la Katelyn Ohasi, us n&#8217;adonareu que encara que tots dos treballin al terra, els moviments, els salts i les giragonses s\u00f3n diferents!<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Gimnasia Deportiva  Suelo hombres\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/QK-1PtxPvMs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>Penseu que els v\u00eddeos que us poso s\u00f3n dels millors gimnastes del m\u00f3n i que \u00e9s molt xulo de mirar-ho, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 molt dif\u00edcil d&#8217;arribar-hi.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aix\u00f2 se&#8217;n diu esport d&#8217;elit i han de passar molt\u00edssimes hores treballant per aconseguir aquests reptes.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar amb aquest tema m&#8217;agradaria que mir\u00e9ssiu aquesta altra gimnasta que es diu Simone Biles que ha estat la primera dona que ha aconseguit fer un salt que s&#8217;anomena<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong> triple doble.<\/strong> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">E<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l v\u00eddeo \u00e9s molt curt i nom\u00e9s es veu en c\u00e0mera lenta com el fa. A veure si podeu contar les giragonses que fa i entendreu perqu\u00e8 l&#8217;anomenen triple doble!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/youtu.be\/JJaPE7w1A8k<\/p>\n<p>Un cop fet aquest par\u00e8ntesi, us faig<span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em><strong> dues noves propostes<\/strong> <\/em><\/span>per si us ve de gust fer-les. Farem gimn\u00e0stica i practicarem altres lleng\u00fces!<\/p>\n<p>1-\u00a0 \u00c9s una dansa africana que es diu:<strong><span style=\"color: #993300;\"> LA DANSA DEL RELLOTGE.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fent-la, treballarem<em><span style=\"color: #008000;\"> el ritme, la coordinaci\u00f3 i la resist\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Abans de comen\u00e7ar haur\u00edeu de dibuixar un rellotge al terra amb guix o amb gomets o si teniu un terra molt delicat podeu posar paperets\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0amb els n\u00fameros o &#8230;\u00a0 posar\u00a0 imaginaci\u00f3 !<\/p>\n<p>Poseu-vos el v\u00eddeo i seguiu els moviments que fa la noia (parla en angl\u00e8s) per\u00f2 no \u00e9s dif\u00edcil entendre-la.<\/p>\n<p>Veureu que cada cop la dansa es complica m\u00e9s, no \u00e9s imprescindible fer-la tota, fins all\u00e0 on arribeu per\u00f2 si que val la pena veure-la fins\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 el final perqu\u00e8 els \u00faltims moviments que fa semblen f\u00e0cils per\u00f2 ja veureu&#8230;<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Five(ish) Minute Dance Lesson - African Dance: Lesson 3: Dancing on the Clock\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ewqq-3xJFdI?start=9&#038;feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>2- Es tracta d&#8217;una taula de gimn\u00e0stica per treballar <span style=\"color: #008000;\"><em>la flexibilitat i l&#8217;equilibri.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 Acaba treballant la tombarella: primer des de baix i despr\u00e9s en cinc temps i aixecant-se sense mans que \u00e9s com la treballem nosaltres.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Si ja us sortia a l&#8217;Escola, nom\u00e9s recordeu-la una mica.
