Avui al mat\u00ed els alumnes de 4t hem pogut realitzar un taller d’alimentaci\u00f3 enfocat a la quantitat de sucres que hi ha en molts aliments que no podem considerar com a tal, sin\u00f3 com a productes. Hem apr\u00e8s molt sobre la import\u00e0ncia de mirar molt b\u00e9 les etiquetes dels envasos dels aliments que consumim ja que el nostre cos l’hem de cuidar dia a dia ingerint aliments de qualitat. Despr\u00e9s de manipular i calcular els sucres dels diferents productes, la Laura ens ha convidat a un batut fet de fruites i cacau molt bo.
