En fem cinc c\u00e8ntims.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Antigament, durant el per\u00edode de Carnaval, la gent menjava de valent per poder passar millor el per\u00edode de dejuni de la Quaresma on era obligatori pels Cristians de b\u00e9 practicar el dejuni i l&#8217;abstin\u00e8ncia durant 40 dies per meditar sobre la seva espiritualitat. Nom\u00e9s es podia menjar un \u00e0pat complet un sol cop al dia! I \u00e9s clar, la gent mirava d&#8217;atipar-se en els dies anteriors. Per tant, la gent menjava molta carn i aliments amb greix que estaven prohibits per Quaresma. El primer dia per atipar-se, era el Dijous Llarder i es mantenia fins al Dimecres de Cendra on s&#8217;enterra la sardina i l&#8217;alegria de la festa. Aquest costum gastron\u00f2mic, que avui sobretot es mant\u00e9 en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit familiar, \u00e9s una reminisc\u00e8ncia dels grans \u00e0pats que es feien abans de la Quaresma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Fa molt temps els infants anaven per les cases a fer captes d&#8217;ous per elaborar els plats t\u00edpics de la jornada, que eren les truites i els ous barrejats amb carn o botifarra d&#8217;ou i la coca de llardons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La botifarra d&#8217;ou i la truita s\u00f3n aliments lligats a la festa de carnaval, per\u00edode en qu\u00e8 eren prohibits tant els ous i com la carn. La botifarra d&#8217;ou \u00e9s un embotit fet de carn de porc, ous, sal i pebre negre. T\u00e9 color groguenc i textura granelluda. Per la forma, el gust i l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3, \u00e9s molt similar a la botifarra blanca. Tasteu-ho a casa i gaudiu-ne!<\/p>\n<p>Fonts: Ajuntament Barcelona, cultura popular.
