{"id":47114,"date":"2026-06-12T16:26:44","date_gmt":"2026-06-12T14:26:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/?p=47114"},"modified":"2026-06-12T16:26:45","modified_gmt":"2026-06-12T14:26:45","slug":"5e-escalada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/portada\/5e-escalada\/","title":{"rendered":"5\u00e8: escalada"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El passat dijous 4 de juny, els infants de 5\u00e8 van anar al Climbat La Foixarda de Montju\u00efc, a fer la sortida anual de l&#8217;\u00e0rea d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van poder gaudir d\u2019unes instal\u00b7lacions amb diferents espais adaptats a la seva edat. Van realitzar un circuit al bosc vertical i van escalar diferents roc\u00f2droms, fent tamb\u00e9 la t\u00e8cnica del r\u00e0pel en un d&#8217;ells. En total, l&#8217;activitat va ser de 90 minuts, passant per tres espais de 30 minuts cadascun. Van treure profit dels beneficis f\u00edsics i mentals que proporciona aquest esport i va resultar un mat\u00ed molt l\u00fadic i profit\u00f3s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3 vam anar a dinar i recuperar forces a un parc de Montju\u00efc, per acabar de passar el dia. Finalment, ens va acabar respectant el temps i vam tornar a casa, cansats per\u00f2 contents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podeu veure dues fotos d&#8217;alguns infants realitzant part de les activitats, esperem
