El passat dimarts, 27 de gener, l\u2019equip cl\u00ednic CIPAIS, en el seu programa Caf\u00e8, va oferir un taller adre\u00e7at a les fam\u00edlies de l\u2019escola sobre la introducci\u00f3 digital saludable. \u00c9s essencial prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la realitat digital actual en la inf\u00e0ncia i dels factors psicol\u00f2gics que poden afavorir un \u00fas inadequat de les pantalles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En aquest context, pren especial rellev\u00e0ncia la proposta del govern central de prohibir l\u2019acc\u00e9s a les xarxes socials als menors de 16 anys. Aquesta mesura posa sobre la taula la necessitat de protegir el benestar emocional i el desenvolupament dels infants i adolescents davant els riscos associats a l\u2019\u00fas prematur i intensiu d\u2019aquestes plataformes. Tot i aix\u00f2, m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la regulaci\u00f3 legal, es fa evident que la clau continua sent l\u2019educaci\u00f3 digital i l\u2019acompanyament actiu per part de les fam\u00edlies, que de la m\u00e0 amb l’escola vetllem per fomentar un \u00fas responsable, cr\u00edtic i saludable de la tecnologia des de les primeres etapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
