Tot canvi comporta un desafiament i valorem que \u00e9s important realitzar un bon acompanyament tant als infants com a les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes etapes, tot i tenir identitat pr\u00f2pia, s\u00f3n complement\u00e0ries i donen forma al conjunt del proc\u00e9s educatiu. Aquesta transici\u00f3 educativa englobaria la transici\u00f3 escolar, per\u00f2 tindria dimensi\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia, ja que tamb\u00e9 s\u2019inclouen aspectes del desenvolupament psicocognitiu, f\u00edsic i social vinculats al proc\u00e9s personal i de creixement de cada infant.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s clau transmetre als infants un missatge de confian\u00e7a, calma i positivisme per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 fer-los conscients de la import\u00e0ncia de la seva responsabilitat i el seu esfor\u00e7.
