tigre (traient ben fort la llengua)<\/li>\n<li>neteja dels hemisferis del cervell (ens tapem amb un dit un forat del nas)<\/li>\n<li>4-7-8 (inspirem en 4, aguantem en 7 i expirem en 8)<\/li>\n<li>respiraci\u00f3 de globus: per expirar, creuem els bra\u00e7os al pit i apretem fort com per desinflar un globus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s ens hem convertit en algues mogudes pel
