Recordeu que els vostres fills i filles han de venir ben abrigats a l\u2019hivern, sobretot quan tenen educaci\u00f3 f\u00edsica. Penseu que totes les sessions es fan a l\u2019aire lliure, al pati gran de l\u2019escola.<\/p>\n

Recomanem que vinguin, si pot ser, amb samarretes o roba t\u00e8rmica (jerseis de xandall gruixuts o polars) i amb diferents capes de roba, en funci\u00f3 del fred que faci. Es pot dur tamb\u00e9 buf, barret de llana i guants.<\/p>\n

\u00c9s important evitar que facin la classe pr\u00e0ctica amb l\u2019abric o l\u2019anorac posat perqu\u00e8 dificulta, en certa manera, el lliure moviment del cos en determinades activitats f\u00edsiques.<\/p>\n

El que volem \u00e9s evitar malalties perqu\u00e8 a les aules, l\u2019ambient \u00e9s molt agradable i sortir sense abrigar-se representa un canvi de temperatura que pot tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies en la seva salut.<\/p>\n
