Amb aquesta diada s\u2019inicia, segons la tradici\u00f3, les festes de Carnaval.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s tradici\u00f3 prendre la botifarra d&#8217;ou en aquest dia a m\u00e9s d&#8217;altres de semblants com la blanca o la negra. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s costum prendre truita de botifarra.
