I \u201cmotricitat\u201d o activitat motriu i els moviments corporals de l\u2019infant.<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019escola, quan fem psicomotricitat, vol dir que els nens i nenes fan exercicis i activitats orientats a fomentar la seva afectivitat i el seu aprenentatge psicol\u00f2gic mitjan\u00e7ant el moviment del cos i sempre de manera l\u00fadica.<\/p>\n<p>La psicomotricitat pot ser gruixuda (la fem a la sala de psicomotricitat) o fina (la fem a l\u2019aula).<\/p>\n<p>En aquest escrit ens centrem en la psicomotricitat gruixuda on intervenen els grups musculars amplis. Activitats on tindrem exercicis d\u2019equilibri, de coordinaci\u00f3 (c\u00f3rrer, saltar, llan\u00e7aments&#8230;) i lateralitat, posturals i de flexibilitat i t\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal \u00e9s impulsar i millorar el desenvolupament tant cognitiu com f\u00edsic.
