Durant el mes de febrer hem treballat la unitat de reptes.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta unitat se centra, principalment, en l\u2019auto-motivaci\u00f3, entesa com la capacitat d\u2019avan\u00e7ar cap a un objectiu malgrat les adversitats i, de manera secund\u00e0ria per\u00f2 pr\u00e8via, en l\u2019autoconeixement de les pr\u00f2pies habilitats, qualitats i punts forts.<\/p>\n<p>Alhora, tamb\u00e9 es treballen l&#8217;alegria i la frustraci\u00f3, lligades a la consecuci\u00f3 o no d&#8217;un objectiu.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, es proposen eines per potenciar l\u2019alegria i augmentar la toler\u00e0ncia a la frustraci\u00f3, un aspecte que \u00e9s b\u00e0sic treballar-lo des de les edats primerenques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em>Equip de mestres d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 infantil<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-34039 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu983\/2023\/03\/baixa.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"267\" height=\"189\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seguim amb el programa \u201c1,2,3 Emoci\u00f3!\u201d.
