{"id":33952,"date":"2023-02-24T15:17:34","date_gmt":"2023-02-24T14:17:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/?p=33952"},"modified":"2023-02-24T15:17:34","modified_gmt":"2023-02-24T14:17:34","slug":"5e-menjant-molecules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/portada\/5e-menjant-molecules\/","title":{"rendered":"5\u00e8: menjant mol\u00e8cules"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les classes de 5\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria estan immerses en un emocionant projecte sobre la tecnologia dels aliments, treballant en grups cooperatius per investigar sobre els diferents aspectes de la tem\u00e0tica.<\/p>\n<p>Recentment, l\u2019alumnat va tenir l&#8217;oportunitat de sortir de l&#8217;aula i posar en pr\u00e0ctica els seus coneixements en una excursi\u00f3 que va resultar molt enriquidora.<\/p>\n<p>El primer pas va ser una visita comentada a una exposici\u00f3 sobre la tecnologia dels aliments, on van poder veure les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies en aquest camp, aix\u00ed com les diferents propietats dels aliments i la seva relaci\u00f3 amb la salut.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s, van participar en una activitat din\u00e0mica anomenada &#8220;Menjant mol\u00e8cules&#8221;, en la qual van aprendre sobre les mol\u00e8cules dels aliments. Aix\u00ed, van poder comprendre la import\u00e0ncia que tenen les mol\u00e8cules en la nostra alimentaci\u00f3 i la seva influ\u00e8ncia en el gust i la textura dels aliments.<\/p>\n<p>En resum, aquesta excursi\u00f3 va ser una oportunitat \u00fanica per a l&#8217;alumnat, ja que van poder aprofundir en la seva investigaci\u00f3 sobre la tecnologia dels aliments.
