Us recordem que la millor manera d\u2019evitar la c\u00e0ries \u00e9s seguir inculcant, als vostres fills i filles, bons h\u00e0bits d\u2019higiene bucodental i, sobretot, bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris, ja que el que mengem t\u00e9 molt a veure amb la seva aparici\u00f3. Entre d\u2019altres, cal evitar els aliments amb una gran quantitat de sucre.
