A 5\u00e8 de prim\u00e0ria, els nens i nenes estan en una edat cr\u00edtica per al seu desenvolupament social i emocional, per aix\u00f2 \u00e9s important que rebin una educaci\u00f3 adequada en aquest \u00e0mbit.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;educaci\u00f3 emocional implica ensenyar als infants a recon\u00e8ixer i gestionar les seves emocions, aix\u00ed com a desenvolupar les seves habilitats socials i de relaci\u00f3 interpersonals. Aix\u00f2 els ajudar\u00e0 a tenir relacions saludables i a fer front de manera efectiva als reptes de la vida di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer aix\u00f2, des de l\u2019inici de curs, realitzem activitats pr\u00e0ctiques i divertides en classe, com ara jocs i din\u00e0miques que ens ajudin a identificar les nostres emocions i a comprendre les emocions dels altres. Perqu\u00e8 tot aix\u00f2 ho tinguem en compte, seleccionem aquelles pr\u00e0ctiques que considerem m\u00e9s remarcables i fem entre totes i tots una reflexi\u00f3 cr\u00edtica i pensem en com ens poden ajudar aquestes idees en la nostra vida di\u00e0ria. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que estem dissenyant un Diari Emocional on podem recopilar totes aquestes conclusions i llegir-les les vegades que faci falta. Aquest mes hem reflexionat sobre la pr\u00e0ctica anomenada \u201cLa m\u00e0quina\u201d.
