documentaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per tal de poder confirmar la matr\u00edcula cara al curs vinent.<\/p>\n<p>El contingut del sobre \u00e9s el seg\u00fcent:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirmaci\u00f3 de matr\u00edcula per al curs vinent (totes les fam\u00edlies)<\/li>\n<li>Ordre SEPA per a la domiciliaci\u00f3 dels rebuts (totes les fam\u00edlies)<\/li>\n<li>Confirmaci\u00f3 del Servei de Menjador (si n\u2019\u00e9s usuari)<\/li>\n<li>Autoritzaci\u00f3 utilitzaci\u00f3 dels recursos digitals (totes les fam\u00edlies)<\/li>\n<li>Autoritzaci\u00f3 de sortides pedag\u00f2giques per al nou curs (totes les fam\u00edlies)<\/li>\n<li>Carta de comprom\u00eds educatiu (\u00fanicament per a l\u2019alumnat de P5 que passa a l\u2019educaci\u00f3 prim\u00e0ria)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Com \u00e9s habitual, aprofitem per demanar-vos que reviseu les vostres dades i, si cal, les actualitzeu tot tenint en compte les seg\u00fcents indicacions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reviseu les dades i rectifiqueu (a la banda dreta) les que no estiguin actualitzades.<\/li>\n<li>En la columna \u201ctel\u00e8fons\u201d, indiqueu a qui correspon cada n\u00famero de tel\u00e8fon.<\/li>\n<li>En cas de marcar la casella de NO Confirmaci\u00f3, indiqueu-nos el motiu (trasllat de centre, trasllat de domicili, &#8230;) i el nom del nou centre educatiu.<\/li>\n<li>En el Servei de Menjador, les al\u00b7l\u00e8rgies i intoler\u00e0ncies han d\u2019estar acreditades amb certificaci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica (si falta, s\u2019ha de lliurar al punt d\u2019atenci\u00f3 administrativa).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquests documents (confirmaci\u00f3 de matr\u00edcula, menjador i d\u2019altres) s\u2019ha de retornar a l\u2019escola <strong>abans del 10 de juny<\/strong>, degudament signat, al tutor\/a
