{"id":30298,"date":"2022-04-26T14:24:28","date_gmt":"2022-04-26T12:24:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/?page_id=30298"},"modified":"2023-06-15T23:20:31","modified_gmt":"2023-06-15T21:20:31","slug":"estrategia-digital","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/estrategia-digital-de-centre\/estrategia-digital\/","title":{"rendered":"Estrat\u00e8gia digital"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per elaborar la part estrat\u00e8gica de l\u2019EDC seguim uns procediments en un ordre cronol\u00f2gic concret, tot comen\u00e7ant per una diagnosi de l&#8217;estat actual del centre en un sentit ampli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El seg\u00fcent esquema mostra el procediment que seguim per elaborar la part estrat\u00e8gica de l\u2019EDC.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-30299\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu983\/2022\/04\/EDC19@3x-1-1024x71-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"71\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu983\/2022\/04\/EDC19@3x-1-1024x71-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu983\/2022\/04\/EDC19@3x-1-1024x71-1-300x21.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipfarigolaclot\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu983\/2022\/04\/EDC19@3x-1-1024x71-1-768x53.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les conclusions de la diagnosi ens portaran a la definici\u00f3 d&#8217;uns objectius a mitj\u00e0 termini, l&#8217;assoliment dels quals caldr\u00e0 dependr\u00e0 de la planificaci\u00f3 de tot un seguit d&#8217;activitats i del seu seguiment sistem\u00e0tic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per \u00faltim, el cicle finalitza amb una avaluaci\u00f3 que tingui en compte el grau d&#8217;assoliment dels objectius i que, alhora, serveixi de punt de partida per a una futura revisi\u00f3 de l&#8217;estrat\u00e8gia digital.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Proc\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per elaborar l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital de centre, la comissi\u00f3 corresponent s\u2019ha reunit setmanalment i, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, ha hagut de dedicar moltes hores no comptabilitzades en l\u2019horari laboral per poder donar compliment al requeriment del Departament d\u2019Educaci\u00f3. Un mandat d\u2019una feina que implica una gran inversi\u00f3 d&#8217;hores, per\u00f2 sense la dotaci\u00f3 hor\u00e0ria corresponent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalment, la comunitat educativa participar\u00e0 mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019aprovaci\u00f3 per part del Consell Escolar del document elaborat. Recordem que la normativa defineix al Consell Escolar com l\u2019\u00f2rgan de participaci\u00f3 de la comunitat educativa en el govern del centre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Amb tot, durant el proc\u00e9s d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 de l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia digital del centre s\u2019han fet entrevistes a docents, s\u2019han consensuat documents amb el claustre com a part de les 40 hores de formaci\u00f3 interna de centre que s\u2019han realitzat. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019han tingut converses relaxades i informals amb representants de les fam\u00edlies i enquestes a l\u2019alumnat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
