La Pr\u00e0ctica Psicomotriu Aucouturier t\u00e9 com a objectiu el desenvolupament ps\u00edquic dels nens a trav\u00e9s del cos, aix\u00ed com promoure l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 de totes les possibilitats motrius, emocionals, cognitives i relacionals de l&#8217;infant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipestalella\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu318\/2020\/04\/1.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:4\/3;object-fit:cover;width:auto;height:433px\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipestalella\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu318\/2020\/04\/4.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:4\/3;object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Abans de l\u2019aparici\u00f3 del llenguatge, els infants es comuniquen amb tot el cos i \u00e9s a trav\u00e9s d\u2019ell que, a mesura que aprenen i desenvolupen les seves habilitats corporals, van estructurant el pensament, comencen a tenir cert control emocional i tamb\u00e9 desenvolupen habilitats de relaci\u00f3 amb els altres i el seu entorn. El moviment dels infants per a que sigui significatiu ha de partir de la seva espontane\u00eftat en l\u2019activitat i el joc lliure. Si es dona en bones condicions, la pr\u00e0ctica psicomotriu potencia l\u2019autoestima, la viv\u00e8ncia i consci\u00e8ncia del propi cos i del plaer, la construcci\u00f3 del sistema corporal, l\u2019afirmaci\u00f3 del propi jo i la construcci\u00f3 de la identitat, el coneixement i l\u2019acceptaci\u00f3 dels l\u00edmits, la relaci\u00f3 entre iguals i l\u2019autonomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A les sessions de Psicomotricitat preparem l\u2019espai del gimn\u00e0s perqu\u00e8 es puguin donar diferents possibilitats de joc i d\u2019expressi\u00f3 psicomotriu (joc motriu, joc relacional, joc simb\u00f2lic&#8230;), amb propostes de material diferent, distribu\u00eft per tot l\u2019espai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estructurem les sessions en tres parts diferenciades:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ritual d\u2019entrada i escalfament<\/strong>: Els infants arriben al gimn\u00e0s i es van asseient a l\u2019espai dels bancs, per poder veure tot el que se\u2019ls hi ha preparat aquell dia. Parlem de com estem, recordem les normes b\u00e0siques dins l\u2019espai joc, expliquem el que podrem fer, i escalfem el cos per preparar-lo per jugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espai de joc<\/strong>: els infants poden jugar lliurement per l\u2019espai, amb les diferents propostes que hem preparat en cada sessi\u00f3. Al llarg d\u2019aquesta, tant la mestra tutora com la mestra psicomotricista, va acmpanyant als infants quan ho necessiten, fa propostes de joc, o fins i tot introdueix algun element sorpresa dins l\u2019espai de joc. Quan s\u2019acaba l\u2019estona de jugar, recollim el material entre tots i fem una mica de relaxaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espai de representaci\u00f3<\/strong>: Tornem a seure tots junts i en rotllana per veure\u2019ns de cara. Aquest \u00e9s un espai de reflexi\u00f3 i representaci\u00f3 de tot el que ha passat mentre jug\u00e0vem. Algun dia expliquem un conte, algun dia cadasc\u00fa explica la seva viv\u00e8ncia de joc, algun cop fem un dibuix, una construcci\u00f3 amb fustes&#8230; En aquest espai, un cop al mes fem el treball de \u201c<em>S\u00d3C JO<\/em>\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-2 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipestalella\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu318\/2020\/04\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:4\/3;object-fit:cover;width:263px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipestalella\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu318\/2020\/04\/5.jpg\" alt=\"\" style=\"aspect-ratio:4\/3;object-fit:cover\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El \u201c<em>S\u00d3C JO<\/em><\/strong>\u201d \u00e9s un treball de l\u2019esquema corporal que es realitza a psicomotricitat al llarg de tot el curs. Aquesta activitat consisteix en plasmar en un paper, un cop al mes, la seva imatge corporal. En aquest recull es pot observar l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 que fan els infants en el proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge del seu esquema corporal, com van afegint elements en els seus dibuixos a mesura que pren m\u00e9s consci\u00e8ncia del seu cos, i l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 del seu tra\u00e7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A l\u2019escola fem la Psicomotricitat al Gimn\u00e0s, i seguim el m\u00e8tode Aucouturier.
