AMADES era una dansa que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es ballava per Carnestoltes a Sant Juli\u00e0 de Vilatorta. Els balladors solien ser una parella d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada, formada per un home i una dona, que es posaven al centre de la pla\u00e7a, disposats a fer riure al p\u00fablic assistent. Antigament era una coreografia improvisava i extravagant, seguint el comp\u00e0s de la melodia, i fent carasses estrafol\u00e0ries. El terme nyetu o nyitus feia refer\u00e8ncia a uns \u00e9ssers fant\u00e0stics i diminuts que entraven dins del cap de les persones per les orelles i se&#8217;ls menjaven el cervell i per aix\u00f2 feien aquest ball estrafolari. Nosaltres hem mantingut la m\u00fasica, per\u00f2 el ball ha estat un ball de bastons, que va sortir molt b\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al migdia pares i mares voluntaris ens van torrar les castanyes i a la tarda les vam menjar.
