En aquesta primera jornada les mestres hem assistit a una confer\u00e8ncia d\u2019Elena Maccaferri, pedagoga de les escoles p\u00fabliques d\u2019infantil de Reggio Emilia. La ponent ens ha parlat de com, en aquest projecte educatiu, l\u2019infant \u00e9s considerat el centre i protagonista del seu aprenentatge: un \u00e9sser curi\u00f3s i capa\u00e7, que creix explorant, observant i relacionant-se tant amb l\u2019entorn com amb les persones que l\u2019envolten.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Aquestes escoles entenen l\u2019educaci\u00f3 com una feina compartida i comunit\u00e0ria. Per tant, l\u2019escola treballa molt arrelada al municipi i amb una mirada oberta i global, creant una xarxa viva entre fam\u00edlies, docents i serveis de la ciutat.<\/span><\/p>\n Un altre aspecte central \u00e9s la manera d\u2019acompanyar els infants. La pedagogia de Reggio es basa en l\u2019escolta, l\u2019observaci\u00f3 i la documentaci\u00f3 del que passa a l\u2019aula. Documentar \u00e9s una manera de compartir processos, entendre millor que aprenen els infants i reflexionar col\u00b7lectivament entre tots els professionals que entren a l\u2019escola.<\/span><\/p>\n Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha aprofundit en la cura dels espais i dels materials. A Reggio Emilia entenen que un ambient bonic, acollidor i pensat amb intenci\u00f3 \u00e9s fonamental perqu\u00e8 els infants tinguin ganes d\u2019experimentar. L\u2019arquitectura es posa al servei de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i cada espai t\u00e9 una funci\u00f3 clara. Aquesta mirada va lligada al fet que els infants aprenen a trav\u00e9s de molts llenguatges diferents.<\/span><\/p>\n Aquest primer dia ha estat ple de reflexions i inspiraci\u00f3, i ens encoratja a continuar aprenent per continuar enriquint la mirada educativa de la nostra escola.<\/span><\/p>\n Dolors Garcia (Escola Pilar Mestres)<\/span><\/p>\n Fiona Calatayud (Escola Santa Agn\u00e8s)<\/span><\/p>\n Nat\u00e0lia Munuera (Escola Tur\u00f3 de Can Gili)<\/span><\/p>\n Irene C\u00e0mara (Escola Salvador Espriu)<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n The training \u201cThe Reggio Emilia Approach to Education\u201d begins!<\/b><\/p>\n Today, thanks to the Erasmus+ ALASVO project, our school with three other schools, we have started a training course at the <\/span>Centro Internazionale Loris Malaguzzi<\/span><\/i> in Reggio Emilia, the Italian city that gives its name to the educational approach developed by the pedagogue Loris Malaguzzi.<\/span><\/p>\n On this first day, we attended a lecture by Elena Maccaferri, a pedagogue from the public early childhood schools of Reggio Emilia. She explained how, in this educational project, the child is considered the center and protagonist of their own learning: a curious and capable individual who grows by exploring, observing, and interacting with both their environment and the people around them.<\/span><\/p>\n These schools understand education as a shared community-based task. For this reason, the school is connected to the municipality while maintaining an open and global perspective, creating a vibrant network between families, teachers, and local services.<\/span><\/p>\n Another central aspect is the way children are accompanied in their learning. The Reggio pedagogy is based on listening, observing, and documenting what happens in the classroom. Documentation is a way to share processes to understand better what children are learning and reflect collectively among all the professionals involved in the school.<\/span><\/p>\n We also learned the importance of spaces and materials. In Reggio Emilia, they believe that a beautiful, welcoming, and intentionally designed environment is essential for children to feel motivated to experiment. Architecture serves education, and each space has a clear purpose.
