{"id":64,"date":"2014-09-18T12:39:08","date_gmt":"2014-09-18T11:39:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipespriu-granollers\/?page_id=64"},"modified":"2021-09-29T12:04:55","modified_gmt":"2021-09-29T10:04:55","slug":"projecte-educatiu","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipespriu-granollers\/projecte-educatiu\/","title":{"rendered":"Projecte educatiu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Escola Salvador Espriu, com a centre educatiu de la xarxa p\u00fablica de la Generalitat de Catalunya, treballa per a l\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia educativa i t\u00e9 com a objectiu que mitjan\u00e7ant els plantejaments educatius propis i el treball per a l\u2019equitat, la inclusi\u00f3, la coeducaci\u00f3, la conviv\u00e8ncia i la cohesi\u00f3 social, l\u2019alumnat assoleixi una formaci\u00f3 integral que el condueixi cap a l\u2019\u00e8xit educatiu, sempre comptant amb la participaci\u00f3 i col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les fam\u00edlies.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019escola vetlla pel m\u00e0xim aprofitament educatiu. S\u2019empren metodologies actives i funcionals que despertin l\u2019inter\u00e8s de l\u2019alumnat i es treballa des del punt de vista competencial. L\u2019atenci\u00f3 a la diversitat \u00e9s un aspecte clau al qual van enfocades les accions educatives per tal d\u2019adequar-se al ritme evolutiu i a les capacitats intel\u00b7lectuals, f\u00edsiques i socioculturals de cada alumne\/a, aix\u00ed com tractar de la manera espec\u00edfica establerta, els trastorns o discapacitats. Aix\u00ed mateix, l\u2019escola vetllar\u00e0 per mantenir l\u2019adhesi\u00f3 a les Universitats com a centre de pr\u00e0ctiques per a la formaci\u00f3 de futurs\/es mestres.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quant a l\u2019alumnat, en acabar l\u2019escolaritat<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ha de tenir esperit cr\u00edtic constructiu, amb bona capacitat de di\u00e0leg i basada en el respecte; amb autonomia personal; amb assertivitat i empatia; amb capacitat de prendre decisions, capa\u00e7 de<br \/>\ntreballar individualment i en grup, comprom\u00e8s amb la tasca individual i col\u00b7lectiva de crear, transformar i millorar la realitat.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de mostrar consci\u00e8ncia de la finalitat de l\u2019escola, cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7, gust per la feina ben feta, i ha de mostrar responsabilitat i implicaci\u00f3 en el seu proc\u00e9s d\u2019aprenentatge, valorar i practicar<br \/>\nl\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 com a motor del seu progr\u00e9s educatiu, gaudir amb la recerca, l&#8217;adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019habilitats, coneixements i processos i la sistematitzaci\u00f3 cient\u00edfica, amb vista a una aplicaci\u00f3 real<br \/>\ndels aprenentatges, dintre i fora de l\u2019escola.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de saber organitzar aut\u00f2nomament el seu temps, el seu material i les seves tasques.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de ser capa\u00e7 de cercar, entendre, seleccionar la informaci\u00f3, elaborar els seus propis treballs amb les eines tecnol\u00f2giques al seu abast i assolir la compet\u00e8ncia suficient per seguir aprenent.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de poder expressar-se amb coher\u00e8ncia i correcci\u00f3, oralment i per escrit, en qualsevol situaci\u00f3 comunicativa que se li plantegi.<\/li>\n<li>Ha de gaudir de la lectura.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Prop\u00f2sits del Centre<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>El\/La mestre\/a educar\u00e0 en tota classe d&#8217;activitat que porti a terme, ja sigui intel\u00b7lectual, emocional, art\u00edstica, social o f\u00edsica, potenciant en els alumnes les capacitats, les habilitats, l&#8217;observaci\u00f3, la recerca, la manipulaci\u00f3 i l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de conclusions perqu\u00e8 esdevinguin ciutadans competents.<\/li>\n<li>Implicar l\u2019alumnat en el mateix proc\u00e9s d&#8217;ensenyament-aprenentatge i fer-lo\/la conscient dels seus aven\u00e7os en la construcci\u00f3 del coneixement i el desenvolupament de les habilitats i destreses.<\/li>\n<li>Demostrar la import\u00e0ncia del coneixement i domini del cos i de l&#8217;expressi\u00f3, de l\u2019educaci\u00f3 de les capacitats sensitives, de la gesti\u00f3 de les emocions i de la preparaci\u00f3 per a la vida individual i de<br \/>\ngrup i el lleure.<\/li>\n<li>Valorar com a fonamental la participaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alumnat en totes les tasques o projectes escolars, formant-lo tant en el treball individual com en el d&#8217;equip i potenciant l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3, la cultura de l\u2019esfor\u00e7 i les iniciatives encaminades a l\u2019aven\u00e7.<\/li>\n<li>Impulsar una formaci\u00f3 i una informaci\u00f3 tan \u00e0mplies com sigui possible i prou \u00fatils perqu\u00e8 afavoreixin la participaci\u00f3 activa de l&#8217;alumnat a la societat de manera aut\u00f2noma, i conscients de<br \/>\nles seves decisions i conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies, aix\u00ed com educar-lo perqu\u00e8 sigui capa\u00e7 d\u2019interactuar adequadament en la gran finestra oberta al m\u00f3n, que \u00e9s internet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els documents relacionats amb la normativa
