{"id":3937,"date":"2018-05-08T23:45:19","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T21:45:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipenricfarreny\/?p=3937"},"modified":"2018-05-08T23:57:06","modified_gmt":"2018-05-08T21:57:06","slug":"mindfulness-3r-de-primaria-en-valors-socials-i-civics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipenricfarreny\/general\/mindfulness-3r-de-primaria-en-valors-socials-i-civics\/","title":{"rendered":"Mindfulness: 3r de Prim\u00e0ria en Valors Socials i C\u00edvics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquest dilluns l&#8217;alumnat de 3r de Prim\u00e0ria, a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;Educaci\u00f3 en Valors Socials i C\u00edvics ha practicat Mindfulness:<\/p>\n<p><em>Els Mindfulness\u00a0<strong>\u00e9s la capacitat de la ment per estar en el present<\/strong>, estant atent en l<strong>\u2018ara i aqu\u00ed (no del passat ni del futur) i sent conscient de cada moment en que vivim.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cEstado de conciencia que surge de prestar atenci\u00f3n, de forma intencional , a la experiencia tal y como es en el momento presente, sin juzgarla, sin evaluarla y sin reaccionar a ella\u201d<\/em><\/strong><strong><em>(KabatZinn,2003). <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer, se&#8217;ns ha fet una explicaci\u00f3 te\u00f2rica, i, posteriorment hem dut a terme algunes de les principals pr\u00e0ctiques per a entrenar Mindfulness: Respiraci\u00f3 Conscient i Meditaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\r\n\t<div class=\"slideshow_container slideshow_container_style-light\" style=\"height: 500px;
