Merhaba, ben Rabia. T\u00fcrkiyeden geldim. Escola Enr\u0131c Farreny de 3 ay \u0130ngilizce \u00d6\u011fretmeni Asistani olarak staj yapt\u0131m. \u00d6gretmenler ve okulda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan herkes \u00e7ok s\u0131cakkanl\u0131 ve kibard\u0131. Bu stajyer olarak okula k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede atapte olmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flayan temel etkenlerden biriydi. Herhangi bir konuda yard\u0131ma ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011funda, o konuda bize yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak ve bilgilendirecek ki\u015fileri bulmak kolayd\u0131. Okulda en sevdi\u011fim ve takdir etti\u011fim \u00f6zell\u0131klerden b\u0131r\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenler aras\u0131ndak\u0131 tak\u0131m ruhu. Aralar\u0131nda a\u0131leye yak\u0131n b\u0131r sam\u0131m\u0131yet ve \u0131let\u0131s\u0131m var. Ogrenc\u0131lerle \u0131lg\u0131l\u0131 surekl\u0131 toplant\u0131lar yap\u0131p konusuyorlar ve sorunlar\u0131 d\u0131le get\u0131r\u0131p tart\u0131s\u0131p beraber cozum yollar\u0131 bulmaya cal\u0131s\u0131yorlar. Yen\u0131l\u0131klere son derece ac\u0131klar. Farkl\u0131 kultur gelenek dans, din ve diller ilgi alanlari. Hello, I am Rabia. I come from Turkey. I did an internship at Escola Enric Farreny in Lleida for 3 months as an English teacher assistant. The teachers and everyone working at the school were very friendly and polite. This was one of the main factors that enabled us to adapt in a short time as an intern. When we needed help about anything, it was easy to find people to help and inform us. One of my favorite and admired qualities at school is the team spirit among the teachers. Among them there is a sincerity and communication close to the family. They do meetings and talk with the students on a regular basis and try to find ways to solve problems together by discussing them. They are open-minded about innovations. The topics that they are interested in can be anything new such as different cultures, traditions, dance, religion and languages. I think that this is one of the most important factors for the students to grow up as open-minded and respectful individuals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
