{"id":953,"date":"2018-02-28T19:43:02","date_gmt":"2018-02-28T18:43:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipempuries\/?page_id=953"},"modified":"2025-01-14T22:03:00","modified_gmt":"2025-01-14T21:03:00","slug":"projecte-fruita-a-lescola","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipempuries\/projecte-educatiu\/projecte-fruita-a-lescola\/","title":{"rendered":"Pla de consum de fruita i llet."},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><em>PLA DE CONSUM DE FRUITA<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Es tracta de distribuir gratu\u00eftament fruita i verdura fresca als escolars de segon cicle d\u2019educaci\u00f3 infantil i de prim\u00e0ria (infants de 3 a 12 anys) de centres educatius que ho demanin.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s una iniciativa de la Uni\u00f3 Europea amb l&#8217;acci\u00f3 conjunta dels departaments d\u2019Agricultura, Salut i Ensenyament.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oferir fruita gratu\u00efta en els esmorzars i berenars dins del centre escolar.<\/li>\n<li>Informar sobre els beneficis de pujar el consum de fruites i verdures, i sobre la seva diversitat, trets, producci\u00f3, estacionalitat, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Proposar el consum de fruites com una alternativa excel\u00b7lent al consum d\u2019altres aliments amb menys qualitat nutricional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es pret\u00e9n amb aix\u00f2 afavorir la salut dels infants i promoure el consum de fruites, verdures, fruita seca, llegums, aigua i joc actiu.<\/p>\n<p>I tamb\u00e9 reduir el consum llaminadures, begudes refrescants, brioxeria i videojocs sedentaris.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agricultura.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/04-alimentacio\/pla-consum-fruita-escoles\/imatges\/fitxers-binaris\/cartell-programa-consum-fruita-hortalisses-escoles-unio-europea-bon-ritme-750.jpg_2053293100.jpg\" alt=\"Pla de consum de fruita a les escoles\" width=\"377\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>PLA DE CONSUM DE LA LLET.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9s un aliment que forma part del consum diari d\u2019aliments saludables perqu\u00e8 es una bona font de\u00a0<strong>prote\u00efnes<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>calci<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>vitamines<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>minerals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>El consum de lactis (llet, iogurts i formatges) recomanable \u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>2-3 racions\/dia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Una raci\u00f3 de llet equival a un\u00a0<strong>got de llet de 200 ml<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Perqu\u00e8 la llet i, en general, els lactis no siguin una font de sucres afegits \u00e9s important no endolcir-la amb sucres ni xocolata en pols.
