En motiu de la celebraci\u00f3 del\u00a0 moment especial de l&#8217;hivern,\u00a0 els hem recitat dos bonics pomes i una can\u00e7\u00f3 que \u00e9s molt divertida. Despr\u00e9s, en petits grups hem fet una activitat. Plegades, hem constru\u00eft una botella sensorial. Durant una estona,\u00a0 hem\u00a0 experimentat moments de\u00a0 calma i creativitat. Cada persona ha triat diferents materials, colors i textures, per poder expressar les seves emocions i prefer\u00e8ncies. En observar com els elements es movien dins l\u2019ampolla, hem sentit curiositat, relaxaci\u00f3 i sorpresa. Aquesta activitat ens ha\u00a0 ajudat a connectar amb els sentits, afavorint la concentraci\u00f3 i el benestar emocional. A m\u00e9s, compartir aquesta experi\u00e8ncia\u00a0 ens ha omplert de sensacions positives com l\u2019alegria, la tranquil\u00b7litat i el sentiment de grup.<\/p>\n<p>Embadalits i amb els rostres plens de curiositat, ens hem anat endinsant en l&#8217;activitat i en el centre. Hem anat\u00a0 descobrint els petits tresors que hi havia a la llar. Una\u00a0 proposta de la que n&#8217;estem molt contentes d&#8217;haver format part.
