Els dies s\u2019allarguen poc a poc mentre les nits s\u2019escursen des del solstici d\u2019hivern (21 de desembre, festes de Nadal) fins al solstici d\u2019estiu (21 de juny, festes de Sant Joan). Molts animals hivernen (dormen) i els arbres de fulla caduca estan pr\u00e0cticament despullats, sense fulles. A l\u2019hort\u00a0tot aix\u00f2 ho podem comprovar aquests dies, les formigues, les sargantanes, les papallones\u2026 , no\u00a0hi passegen,\u00a0hivernen els seus caus; i el presseguer,\u00a0i el pruner tenen les branques nues. Recordeu que el fred alenteix la vida per\u00f2 no la fa desapar\u00e8ixer.
