De mica en mica anirem introdu\u00efnt nous exercicis\u00a0d&#8217;una manera l\u00fadica i divertida.<\/p>\n<p>Mitjan\u00e7ant el ioga, els nens exerciten la seva respiraci\u00f3 i aprenen a relaxar-se, per fer front a l\u2019estr\u00e9s, a situacions conflictives i a la falta de concentraci\u00f3, afavorint la seva salut f\u00edsica i emocional.
