Hem comen\u00e7at fent hip\u00f2tesis si un ou pot surar a l&#8217;aigua o no, si es tracta de m\u00e0gia o \u00e9s real? Per comen\u00e7ar hem posat un ou en un recipient d&#8217;aigua i hem vist que l&#8217;ou s&#8217;anava al fons. Despr\u00e9s hem posat cullerades de sal a l&#8217;aigua i ens hem emportat una sorpresa quan hem comprovat com l&#8217;ou surava. Com a conclusi\u00f3 hem apr\u00e8s que a m\u00e9s sal, la densitat de la barreja d&#8217;aigua-sal augmenta i si arriba a ser m\u00e9s gran que la de l&#8217;ou, aquest acaba surant a la superf\u00edcie.
