THE FOOD PYRAMID."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are learning about healthy, balanced diet and the foof pyramid is a good way to know the different food groups, so we can see which foods we should try to eat more of, and which we should eat less of. The food pyramid comprises 5 main gropus: grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy and fats. We have been working in cooperative learning groups. It has been so interesting!<\/p>\n<p>Hem estat aprenent sobre la dieta saludable i equilibrada i la pir\u00e0mide dels aliments \u00e9s una bona manera de con\u00e8ixer els diferents grups i aix\u00ed poder veure quins aliments haur\u00edem d&#8217;intentar consumir m\u00e9s i quins menys. La pir\u00e0mide dels aliments compr\u00e8n 5 grups principals: els farinacis, la fruita, les hortalisses i verdures, les prote\u00efnes, els lactis i els greixos. Hem estat treballant en grup cooperatiu.
