We also visited the Town Hall and we talked to the Mayor of Cornell\u00e0 , Mr. Antonio Balm\u00f3n, who answered our questions politely. Then we walked through the <em>Barri Centre\u00a0<\/em>of Cornell\u00e0 looking closely at many places of interest and learning about the story of our town. We saw a few old country houses (<em>masies<\/em>) that have been restored,\u00a0 some old archeological remains and monuments dedicated to relevant persons. We learned that we live in a city rich in history!<\/p>\n<p>Va arribar el nostre torn!Vam visitar l&#8217;ajuntament i vam parlar amb l&#8217;alcalde de Cornell\u00e0, el Sr. Antoni Balm\u00f3n, qui va contestar les nostres preguntes molt amablement. Tot seguit vam passejar pel Barri Centre de Cornell\u00e0 observant molts llocs d&#8217;inter\u00e8s i aprenent sobre la hist\u00f2ria de la nostra ciutat. Vam veure algunes masies que han estat restaurades, algunes restes arqueol\u00f2giques i mounuments dedicats a persones rellevants.
