Today we have visited the Town Hall and we have been talking to the Mayor of Cornell\u00e0 , Mr. Antonio Balm\u00f3n, who has answered our questions politely. Then we have walked through the Barri Centre\u00a0<\/em>of Cornell\u00e0 looking closely at many places of interest and learning about the story of our town. We have seen a few old country houses (masies<\/em>) that have been restored,\u00a0 some old archeological remains and monuments dedicated to relevant persons. We have learned that we live in a city rich in history!<\/p>\n

Avui hem visitat l’ajuntament i hem estat parlant amb l’alcalde de Cornell\u00e0, el Sr. Antoni Balm\u00f3n, qui ha contestat les nostres preguntes molt amablement. Tot seguit hem passejat pel Barri Centre de Cornell\u00e0 observant molts llocs d’inter\u00e8s i aprenent sobre la hist\u00f2ria de la nostra ciutat. Hem vist algunes masies que han estat restaurades, algunes restes arqueol\u00f2giques i mounuments dedicats a persones rellevants. Hem apr\u00e8s que vivim en una ciutat rica en hist\u00f2ria!<\/p>\n
