L\u2019alumnat de 2n ha visitat avui la masia de Can Ribas per a con\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s sobre el proc\u00e9s de producci\u00f3 de l\u2019oli: primer de tot hem anat a l\u2019olivera i hem apr\u00e8s a collir les olives de l\u2019arbre, picant amb un pal i recollint amb una xarxa (aix\u00ed anem practicant per al Ti\u00f3). Les hem rentades i hem fet una massa amb totes les olives, pinyols inclosos, amb una m\u00e0quina que es deia Juanita. Hem premsat aquesta pasta i hem aconseguit una mescla d\u2019aigua i oli que, al passar per la decantadora, s\u2019ha quedat tan sols el nostre OLI D\u2019OLIVA VERGE EXTRA. Ens ho hem passat molt b\u00e9 i fins i tot, despr\u00e9s de dinar, ens han donat a tastar pa amb oli fet a la casa. Estava delici\u00f3s!<\/p>\n
