We are proud to share that our school has been awarded the National Quality Label<\/strong> for our participation in two eTwinning projects during the 2024\u20132025 school year. Both projects were carried out through the English area<\/strong> and 6th grade tutorials<\/strong>, involving our students in exciting international collaborations that promoted creativity, communication, and global citizenship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first project, \u201cClimate Champions\u201d<\/strong>, focused on climate literacy<\/em> and aimed to raise awareness about climate change among students from across Europe \u2014 including partners from Turkey, Poland, Portugal, and Italy<\/strong>, among others. Through research, collaborative discussions, and hands-on environmental actions such as tree planting and community clean-ups, our students learned how small local actions can make a big difference globally. The project helped them develop teamwork, digital skills, and environmental responsibility \u2014 key competences for the 21st century.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second project, \u201cOnce Upon a Time… A Story Exchange\u201d<\/strong>, was a short but inspiring project created by our school. From March to May, students aged 6 to 11 worked together with partner schools to celebrate literature and cultural exchange through the legend of Saint George (Sant Jordi)<\/strong>. Each school contributed a part of a shared fairy tale, illustrating and performing their stories and sharing their work online. The project promoted reading, writing, and speaking skills in English, while encouraging creativity and friendship between students from different countries. It all culminated in a virtual meet-up<\/strong> and a digital storybook<\/strong> to celebrate World Book Day and Sant Jordi<\/strong> together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted that both projects have been recognized with the National Quality Label<\/strong>, a distinction that highlights the effort, innovation, and collaboration shown by our students and teachers. Congratulations to everyone involved \u2014 let\u2019s keep learning, sharing, and building bridges with schools around Europe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
