del c\u00e8rcol&#8230; els alumnes de tercer a sis\u00e8 ja salten amb els saltadors.<\/p>\n<p>Salts que fan els alumnes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salten amb el saltador i s&#8217;han de quedar a la gatzoneta a dalt del plint i despr\u00e9s fer una tombarella.<\/li>\n<li>Salten el poltre amb les cames obertes amb saltador.<\/li>\n<li>salten el poltre amb les dos cames a un costat (parkur<\/li>\n<li>Saltem el plint com si fos el poltre amb les cames obertes ( nom\u00e9s a CS)<\/li>\n<li>Saltem el plint com si fos el poltre amb les dos cames per un costat(nom\u00e9s a CS)<\/li>\n<li>Saltem el poltre
