Amb diferents propostes, provocacions, jocs i algun v\u00eddeo que ens ha ajudat a prendre consci\u00e8ncia de la import\u00e0ncia de promoure i adquirir uns h\u00e0bits saludables des de la inf\u00e0ncia i per a tota la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Es fonamenta en la visi\u00f3 integral de la salut i es centra en el coneixement del cos i el cor, el desenvolupament de l\u2019activitat f\u00edsica i l\u2019adquisici\u00f3 d\u2019h\u00e0bits d\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable. Els infants de P3 hem comen\u00e7at descobrint el nostre cor: on \u00e9s, perqu\u00e8 serveix, el seu so i moviment, com el podem cuidar&#8230; i tamb\u00e9 hem treballat, tot jugant, les parts del nostre cos i els sentits com l&#8217;olfacte.
