En ella hem treballat llan\u00e7aments i recepcions de pilotes diverses i amb m\u00e9s o menys precisi\u00f3. A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, hem apr\u00e8s a jugar a un esport alternatiu, poc massificat, que es diu Datchball. En temps de Covid19, ens ha vingut molt b\u00e9, ja que \u00e9s un esport on no existeix el contacte directe i el risc de lesi\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00ednim. Es caracteritza perqu\u00e8 d\u00f3na molta import\u00e0ncia als aspectes afectiu-emocionals, provocant accions de joc que afavoreixen el desenvolupament de l\u2019autoestima, ja que tothom \u00e9s necessari\/\u00e0ria en l\u2019equip. Tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha de dir que \u00e9s un esport mixt, perfecte per treballar la coeducaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Qu\u00e8 n\u2019opineu? Us animeu?
