{"id":4096,"date":"2019-02-11T10:59:31","date_gmt":"2019-02-11T09:59:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipelcastellot\/?p=4096"},"modified":"2019-02-11T10:59:31","modified_gmt":"2019-02-11T09:59:31","slug":"equips-per-la-convivencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipelcastellot\/general\/equips-per-la-convivencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Equips per la conviv\u00e8ncia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Com ja sabeu estem duent a terme el programa #aquiproubullying que vol incidir especialment en refor\u00e7ar els valors convivencials com a eines per prevenir possibles situacions d\u2019assetjament.<\/p>\n<p>La setmana passada vam comen\u00e7ar a posar en pr\u00e0ctica els Equips X la conviv\u00e8ncia. Durant el curs els alumnes de 6\u00e8 s\u2019han format en aquest sentit i aviat ho faran els de 5\u00e8. Els ExC tenen com a finalitat detectar i aturar aquelles accions que dificultin les relacions entre iguals i malmetin la conviv\u00e8ncia i promoure tant estrat\u00e8gies de gesti\u00f3 positiva dels conflictes com mesures restauratives de tal manera no arribin a donar-se situacions d\u2019assetjament.<\/p>\n<p>Les funcions dels Equips X \u00a0la conviv\u00e8ncia s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>observar i detectar<\/strong> situacions que trenquen la conviv\u00e8ncia i <strong>enregistrar-les<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>estar atents a companys<\/strong> que necessitin ajuda perqu\u00e8 se sentin insegurs, exclosos, amena\u00e7ats o agredits<\/li>\n<li><strong>analitzar <\/strong>les situacions conflictives i <strong>fer propostes<\/strong> <strong>d\u2019intervenci\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed podeu veure com els ExC es van anar presentant a les diferents aules de prim\u00e0ria:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
