To foster reading, our 6th graders have been reading the story Mary, Queen of Scots, while also diving into history and making language
\nlearning meaningful and engaging.<\/p>\n

As part of their preparation for upcoming oral presentations\u2014where they\u00a0will tell the story\u2014the students wrote sentences about the main
\ncharacters using the Past Simple tense. This gave them the chance to practise grammar in context, reinforcing their understanding of the past tense while exploring the lives of historical figures.
\nThe students really enjoyed the story and were fascinated by the true events and characters. Their oral presentations promise to be
\ncaptivating. Don\u2019t miss them!<\/p>\n
