Malgrat que \u00e9s ara quan es fa m\u00e9s visible, fa dos anys que l\u2019Araki s\u2019ha estat gestant amb la formaci\u00f3 de tot l\u2019equip docent del programa GROP de la Universitat de Barcelona. \u00c9s per tant, un projecte d\u2019Educaci\u00f3 Emocional de centre, transversal i global que implica a tota la comunitat educativa: alumnes, mestres, personal no docent, monitoratge i fam\u00edlies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019objectiu principal que ens proposem amb l\u2019Araki \u00e9s esdevenir una escola emocionalment competent, que para, respira, observa, batega, escolta, abra\u00e7a, ajuda i acompanya les emocions. Per fer-ho, cal primer de tot entendre com en s\u00f3n d\u2019importants les nostres emocions en el dia a dia, doncs determinen com veiem el m\u00f3n, com ens relacionem, quin concepte tenim de nosaltres i dels altres, i alhora, quines s\u00f3n les nostres capacitats per encarar reptes, concentrar-nos i aprendre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s, per tant essencial con\u00e8ixer, identificar i acceptar el nostre estat emocional per valorar qu\u00e8 necessitem en cada moment i per tant regular-nos: estar sola una estona, parar d\u2019all\u00f2 que ens amo\u00efna, respirar, posar l\u00edmits, rebre o no contacte f\u00edsic, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creiem que con\u00e8ixer-nos emocionalment \u00e9s b\u00e0sic per contribuir a l\u2019autoconeixement i per construir relacions basades en el respecte, i per viure d\u2019una manera m\u00e9s conscient.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ed Emocional - Clip 1-  Expliquem Projecte\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/wf9CmVgWvRQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Partint d\u2019aquests fonaments, l\u2019Araki es desplega en tres eixos per tal de propiciar la participaci\u00f3 de tots i totes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treball diari:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Consci\u00e8ncia emocional:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Des de P3 fins a 6\u00e8, cada dia en arribar a l\u2019escola, els alumnes i mestres dediquen uns minuts a prendre consci\u00e8ncia del seu estat emocional i ubicar-\u2019hi. Per facilitar aquest moment i fer-lo m\u00e9s visual, a les aules hi ha uns \u201cmesuradors\u201d d\u2019emocions, on f\u00e0cilment els alumnes poden situar-se en base a com se senten en arribar a l\u2019escola.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ed Emocional - Clip 2 - Mesurador Emocional\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rnwPYQhC5W8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aquesta rutina s\u2019enfoca en l\u2019exercici de prendre consci\u00e8ncia i adonar-se de qu\u00e8 ens passa per dins, identificar aquest estat i legitimar-lo, i observar alhora l\u2019estat dels companys, podent desenvolupar actituds d\u2019ajuda i respecte envers com se senten els altres (ex: veig que un company avui est\u00e0 trist, i potser no lo far\u00e9 una broma, o li preguntar\u00e9 si necessita ajuda). Per altra banda, aquest moment ajuda a desenvolupar d&#8217;alfabetitzaci\u00f3 emocional per guanyar registre\u00a0 i anar aprenent a trobar amb m\u00e9s exactitud com ens sentim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Regulaci\u00f3 emocional (aquietament i tornada a la calma)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Cada dia despr\u00e9s de l\u2019esbarjo, tot l\u2019alumnat realitza petites din\u00e0miques d\u2019aquietament i tornada a la calma. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s regular l\u2019estat emocional, mental i f\u00edsic amb el que arriben del pati (agitaci\u00f3, euf\u00f2ria, r\u00e0bia, pulsacions altes, respiraci\u00f3 accelerada\u2026) i tornar a la calma per disposar de nou de l\u2019atenci\u00f3, la concentraci\u00f3 i la tranquilitat per poder realitzar les activitats previstes per la sessi\u00f3.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es realitzen breus din\u00e0miques per calmar-se, i connectar amb un mateix des de la serenor: meditacions guiades, v\u00eddeos amb indicacions concretes (fer moviments suaus, petits massatges i \/o estiraments) respiracions amb consignes i visualitzacions. En acabat, s\u2019intenta que els alumnes puguin verbalitzar quins canvis <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">han notat pel que fa al seu estat inicial respecte de l\u2019estat final.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipdamiamateu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu919\/2022\/12\/araki-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-24202 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipdamiamateu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu919\/2022\/12\/araki-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"511\" height=\"148\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipdamiamateu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu919\/2022\/12\/araki-3.jpg 895w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipdamiamateu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu919\/2022\/12\/araki-3-300x87.jpg 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipdamiamateu\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu919\/2022\/12\/araki-3-768x222.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 511px) 100vw, 511px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treball regular:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha compet\u00e8ncies emocionals que cal treballar amb aprenentatges espec\u00edfics i requereixen de din\u00e0miques i activitats d\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 on l\u2019alumnat pugui vivenciar, reflexionar, comunicar, sentir compartir aquests aprenentatges tot connectant-nos amb la seva pr\u00f2pia hist\u00f2ria i experi\u00e8ncies vitals, ja siguin individuals o relacionades amb els seus companys\/es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les sessions Araki dels divendres a la tarda tenen l\u2019objectiu de donar a con\u00e8ixer, identificar i treballar sobre les diferents compet\u00e8ncies emocionals a trav\u00e9s d\u2019un ampli ventall de propostes adaptades a les caracter\u00edstiques dels grups i al seu moment maduratiu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A poc a poc, els alumnes van adquirint diferents habilitats: recon\u00e8ixer\u00a0 les seves pr\u00f2pies emocions \u00a0, poder expressar-les , saber gestionar-les de forma correcta,\u00a0 tenir una\u00a0 bona autoestima , saber escoltar els altres, comunicar-se assertivament, aprendre a resoldre els conflictes, tenir empatia, \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Volem ser una escola emocionalment intel\u00b7ligents, escoles sensibles<\/span><b><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">que deixin entrar la vida al mateix temps que miren cap al m\u00f3n.<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"ast-oembed-container \" style=\"height: 100%;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ed Emocional - Clip 3 - Sessions Araki Divendres\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/eJShwl3tOGY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Treball Puntual:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019Araki es desplega m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de les aules, tot integrant-se com a filosofia d\u2019escola. \u00c9s per tant indispensable que tota la comunitat educativa en formi part. El treball Puntual engloba totes aquelles activitats i iniciatives que serviran per enriquir el projecte.
