{"id":4763,"date":"2025-03-11T13:31:01","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T12:31:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcreixa\/?p=4763"},"modified":"2025-03-11T13:31:01","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T12:31:01","slug":"dia-de-la-dona-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcreixa\/general\/dia-de-la-dona-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Dia de la dona"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>MANIFEST DE L\u2019ESCOLA CREIX\u00c0 A FAVOR DELS DRETS DE LES DONES<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El 8 de mar\u00e7 \u00e9s el Dia Internacional de les Dones i com cada 8 de mar\u00e7, les dones de tot el m\u00f3n alcem les nostres veus per reivindicar la igualtat efectiva entre homes i dones perqu\u00e8 els nostres drets socials, pol\u00edtics i econ\u00f2mics s\u00f3n innegociables. Les dones, des de les nostres diversitats, som m\u00e9s de la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 mundial i cal que formem part de la presa de decisions en tots els \u00e0mbits i estaments. Cal que el nostre dret a la participaci\u00f3 social i pol\u00edtica sigui una prioritat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019escriptora Mary <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wollstonecraft va fer la seg\u00fcent reflexi\u00f3:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cNo desitjo que les dones tinguin poder sobre els homes, sin\u00f3 sobre elles mateixes\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Avui a la nostra escola hem commemorat el dia de la dona treballadora, perqu\u00e8<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> valorem positivament el moviment feminista que, defensa els drets laborals dels treballadors i les treballadores i a m\u00e9s d\u00f3na una especial import\u00e0ncia a totes aquelles tasques realitzades sobretot per dones, com la cura de les persones, el treball dom\u00e8stic i el consum.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">L\u2019escola Creix\u00e0 valora el paper cabdal que han tingut les organitzacions de dones en l\u2019educaci\u00f3 i el progr\u00e9s social del nostre pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reconeixem el talent, la compet\u00e8ncia i el valor de lideratge de tantes dones, fet que subratlla la frase &#8220;sense nosaltres el m\u00f3n s&#8217;atura&#8221;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Com a escola assumim el repte transformador, educant des de la singularitat, la dignitat i la llibertat personal, trencant estereotips que s\u00f3n motiu de discriminaci\u00f3 social i econ\u00f2mica. Refermem el nostre comprom\u00eds de\u00a0 treballar activament a favor de la igualtat, contra la difer\u00e8ncia salarial entre homes i dones.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tots plegats <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2013homes i dones, nens i nenes, nois i noies, mestres amb alumnes i fam\u00edlies\u2013 reafirmem el valor de \u201cla feina indispensable de la dona en l&#8217;economia i les societats d\u2019arreu del m\u00f3n\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desitgem que aquestes iniciatives esdevinguin una realitat per la bona conviv\u00e8ncia, pau i just\u00edcia social que guien el nostre projecte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La nord-americana Madeleine Albright \u00e9s una pol\u00edtica que va marcar la hist\u00f2ria per arribar a ser la primera dona Secret\u00e0ria d\u2019Estat dels Estats Units i va manifestar:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cVaig necessitar for\u00e7a temps per desenvolupar una veu, i ara que la tinc no callar\u00e9.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La mateixa Malala <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Yousafzai, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ens deixa tamb\u00e9 aquesta gran frase: \u201c<\/span><b>Hem de dir a les nenes que les seves veus s\u00f3n importants\u201d.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> El 2014, <\/span><b>quan nom\u00e9s tenia 17 anys, la noia va rebre el Premi Nobel de la Pau<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> i es va convertir en la persona m\u00e9s jove que mai hagi estat guardonada amb aquest reconeixement en qualsevol categoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fer sentir la nostra veu , aquest \u00e9s el gran repte que tenim al davant, i l\u2019hem d\u2019assolir amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 i la complicitat de totes les institucions, agents socials i de les dones i els homes dels nostres pobles i ciutats, perqu\u00e8 nom\u00e9s aix\u00ed podrem fer-ho realitat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:
