Avui hem fet dos grups i hem anat a collir els enciams que tenim a l&#8217;hort. Hi ha tres tipus d&#8217;enciam: el llarg, el trocadero i l&#8217;arrissat. Ens hem adonat que estaven for\u00e7a bruts de broses, terra, fulles petites i tamb\u00e9 d&#8217;animalons. Hem hagut de netejar-los molt b\u00e9. Entre tots ens hem posat a rentar cada fulla molt a poc poc perqu\u00e8 quedin ben nets. Un cop nets hem vist que l&#8217;aigua havia quedat bruta de terra i de color marronosa. Un cop al plat l&#8217;hem amanit amb oli d&#8217;oliva i una miqueta de sal. Apa a tastar aquest enciam ecol\u00f2gic de la nostra escola!
