{"id":3960,"date":"2021-10-18T22:07:08","date_gmt":"2021-10-18T20:07:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/?p=3960"},"modified":"2021-10-18T22:15:47","modified_gmt":"2021-10-18T20:15:47","slug":"pacte-programa-dinnovacio-pedagogica-dacceleracio-de-la-transformacio-educativa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/general\/pacte-programa-dinnovacio-pedagogica-dacceleracio-de-la-transformacio-educativa\/","title":{"rendered":"(PAcTE) Programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica d\u2019Acceleraci\u00f3 de la transformaci\u00f3 educativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fam\u00edlies,<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enguany ens iniciem en el<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> programa d\u2019innovaci\u00f3 pedag\u00f2gica d\u2019Acceleraci\u00f3 de la transformaci\u00f3 educativa (PAcTE). \u00c9s un programa que promou l\u2019actualitzaci\u00f3 del projecte educatiu amb l\u2019acompanyament professional i la dotaci\u00f3 dels recursos i les eines necess\u00e0ries per impulsar processos de transformaci\u00f3 educativa en els \u00e0mbits de l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3, les metodologies d\u2019ensenyament i aprenentatge, i el treball en xarxa intern i amb l\u2019entorn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tenim ganes de consolidar espais de reflexi\u00f3 que ens permetin anar definint el nostre projecte educatiu tenint en compte la realitat del nostre alumnat i les seves fam\u00edlies aix\u00ed com les necessitats de la societat present i futura.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aix\u00ed doncs, en l\u2019inici d\u2019aquest cam\u00ed compartit, des del laboratori de transformaci\u00f3 educativa vam visionar una confer\u00e8ncia de l\u2019Anna Jolonch en qu\u00e8 va exposar la\u00a0 necessitat de canvi en temps de lideratge i desafiaments globals (pand\u00e8mia, canvi clim\u00e0tic, populismes\u2026). Ens va parlar sobre la necessitat d\u2019una nova cultura docent i ens va llan\u00e7ar idees molt potent sobre com liderar escoles que aprenen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A partir d\u2019aqu\u00ed, com a claustre, vam reflexionar sobre 4 preguntes:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-3961\" src=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu863\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-10-18-a-las-22.03.04-1024x943.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"943\" srcset=\"https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu863\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-10-18-a-las-22.03.04-1024x943.png 1024w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu863\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-10-18-a-las-22.03.04-300x276.png 300w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu863\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-10-18-a-las-22.03.04-768x707.png 768w, https:\/\/agora.xtec.cat\/ceipcescaldea\/wp-content\/uploads\/usu863\/2021\/10\/Captura-de-pantalla-2021-10-18-a-las-22.03.04.png 1082w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vam fer una din\u00e0mica per tal que la resposta a les preguntes s\u2019an\u00e9s coent primer en petits grups que van canviar a cada una de les q\u00fcestions plantejades per tal de coincidir amb companys diversos i, per tant, idees diverses. D\u2019aquesta manera, quan les vam posar en com\u00fa i vam aprofundir en cadascuna ja hav\u00edem pogut parlar-ne en petit grup i hav\u00edem generat idees compartides.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segurament les paraules que envolten cada pregunta ja us aporta inforamci\u00f3 sobre el que vam discutir, per\u00f2 a continuaci\u00f3 us destaquem els aspectes m\u00e9s destacats de cadascuna.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Com podem millorar el lideratge pedag\u00f2gic al centre?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Priortizar un clima de confian\u00e7a entre tothom que treballa al centre. Tenir molt present que del desacord en poden sorgir noves idees i aquestes seran m\u00e9s plurals i, per tant, tothom se sentir\u00e0 representat.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transpar\u00e8ncia per tal que l\u2019equip directiu pugui detectar necessitats i establir mecanismes de suport i acompanyament.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Documentaci\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 que s\u2019acorda i\/o s\u2019estableix.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Com estem col.laborant i aprenent junts en una nova cultura docent?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amb la doc\u00e8ncia compartida hem fet un gran pas, per\u00f2 ens cal diferenciar clarament aquesta metodologia del refor\u00e7 i, per tant, establir clarament les bases d\u2019aquest tipus de doc\u00e8ncia.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la classe magistral perd pes i cal acotar-la a aquells moments imprescindibles.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sabem que avan\u00e7arem cap a una nova cultura docent perqu\u00e8 som un claustre amb il\u00b7lusi\u00f3 i emoci\u00f3 vers tot el que ens pugui aportar aquest programa de suport. Sabem que l\u2019emoci\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;element indispensable per aprenendre, tamb\u00e9 pels aprenentatges que adquirim com a docents.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Com fem de l\u2019escola una organitzaci\u00f3 que apr\u00e8n i una unitat de recerca?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aprofitant al m\u00e0xim i reflexionant sobre la formaci\u00f3 externa i la participaci\u00f3 en les diferents xarxes.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Establint sistemes d\u2019avaluaci\u00f3 que ens permetin analitzar el que estem fent i alhora prendre mesures per a la millora cont\u00ednua.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaborant una bona diagnosi inicial que reflexteixi els punts forts i els punts febles del nostre moment actual com a centre educatiu.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 hem de fer que no fem i qu\u00e8 hem de deixar de fer?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s reflexi\u00f3 i autoavaluaci\u00f3 de manera sistem\u00e0tica. Ens cal perdre la por a que els companys i companyes ens observin dins les aules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">M\u00e9s escolta a l\u2019alumnat per tal de poder copsar qu\u00e8 els interesa i poder emocionar-los en les propostes arrel dels seus interessos.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desaccelerar: menys pes al contingut i m\u00e9s als processos i a les necessitats reals de cada grup i de cada infant.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desaprendre per aprendre; perpetuem algunes pr\u00e0ctiques docents viscudes com a alumnes o transmeses com a cultura docent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TEMPS de qualitat per a la reflexi\u00f3.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com podeu llegir, s\u00f3n tot d\u2019idees molt potents que ja comencen a dibuixar cam\u00ed. Esperem amb ganes les seg\u00fcents trobades, tant del laboratori, com del nostre facilitador per tal d\u2019anar concretant moltes d\u2019aquestes inquietuds, pensaments i reflexions. I, evidentment, comptarem amb la vostra mirada, fam\u00edlies, per anar definint el canvi que imaginem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
